Gelosia Ltd (t/a Gelosia Services) (“we”) is a UK limited company (Company No. 08924768). Registered office: 3 Tacon Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 2DT. We are registered with the ICO (ZC230618).
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details you type about your enquiry. If you email, call, or book via our Google Calendar link, we keep the information you choose to share. If you use the website voice widget, the provider may process your voice and call details as described below.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry and contact data because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where we agree to work together, for performing a contract. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests where the law allows.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, arrange discovery sessions or bookings, and deliver agreed services. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for bulk marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless we need them longer for an active engagement, legal, insurance, or accounting duties. Booking and payment records for paid work are kept as required for those duties.
Who we share with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and deliver services. They only process data for us under their terms:
- Email delivery (SMTP) — to send and receive enquiry messages (currently via our configured mail host for doug@gelosia.co.uk).
- Google Calendar — if you use the booking link on the contact page, Google processes your booking details under Google’s privacy terms.
- Fasthosts AI Voice Receptionist widget — the optional voice chat on this site is provided by Fasthosts. Voice and related data are processed by them under their privacy terms; we do not permanently record calls through that widget beyond what their service retains for summaries.
- Revolut Business — for payment links when we agree a paid package.
- Hosting and product partners — where a package uses managed cloud (for example RunPod) or an AI Receptionist platform, those providers process data needed to run the service, as set out in your engagement agreement.
Website usage
We log anonymous page views and link clicks on this website (which page was visited, which link was clicked, and when). This data is stored on our own server, is not shared with advertising networks, and does not use advertising cookies. We use it only to understand which parts of the site are useful.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Contact doug@gelosia.co.uk.
